Qurius Global Alliance expands and lists four new members
Zaltbommel, The Netherlands, 20 November 2008 - Today Qurius announced four new members of the Qurius Global Alliance: All e Technologies (India); IBIZ Consulting Services (Singapore); OMNi Technology (Turkey); and Tribridge (USA). A partner subsidiary of Qurius, the Qurius Global Alliance is a worldwide association of Microsoft Dynamics® solution providers that supports customers with international deployments of primarily Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV and CRM projects.

With a current roster of more than 20 partner organisations, the Qurius Global Alliance offers a uniform engagement model, a single point-of-contact and a consistent service-delivery methodology based on the high-level standards of Microsoft and Qurius for customers worldwide. The alliance's goal is to ensure that customers experience a global and seamless project execution and post go-live support.

All four new member organisations are highly experienced and recognized Microsoft Dynamics partners: All e Technologies and OMNi Technology specialize in Dynamics NAV, besides their AX and CRM practise; IBIZ Consulting Services specializes in Dynamics AX and NAV and covers besides Singapore also Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand; and Tribridge specializes in Dynamics AX, NAV and CRM implementations. US-based Tribridge is Quirus' successor in receiving the 2008 worldwide Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the Year award.

20 November 2008 - Qurius is integrating its various German subsidiaries into one entity and will restructure its business lines. The former companies Cabus, Watermark and Wilhelm + Zeller that currently act as Qurius Solutions GmbH in Hamburg, Qurius Deutschland GmbH in Hannover and Qurius Deutschland AG in Ravensburg will be bundled in one new company including their current subsidiaries. The new founded Qurius Deutschland AG will have 250 employees, of which around 100 will be working at the new main office in Hamburg. The other employees will operate from twelve locations across Germany.

New structure enforces strategy
The new board of directors will consist of Kay P. Laukat, CEO and head of the board, Christian Schneider, CFO, responsible for finance administration, and Thomas Zeller, COO, responsible for the daily operations.

"The new business structure is a modern matrix organisation with strong customer orientation that demonstrates our competencies as a professional IT service company. In addition to that we are very near to our customers due to a fine net of service points all over Germany," says Kay Laukat. "The updated organisation streamlines and optimises our industry and international market strategy. Market view
Qurius Germany maintains long-term partnerships with leading IT companies such as Microsoft, Infor Business Solutions, Fujitsu-Siemens und Citrix. Qurius also cooperates with a number of smaller software manufacturers, aiming to implement individual solutions and systems at customers which perfectly fit their needs. During this year Qurius concluded in a partnership with LS Retail, Sonapro and Perfion.

"We still have a clear focus on the small and medium enterprise market, but we also attract more and more international operating customers and larger enterprises," Kay Laukat explains. Meanwhile Qurius Germany services around 1,200 customers, in Europe more than 2,800.
