Results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of 29 October 2020
Eurocommercial announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of 29 October 2020 adopted the proposed resolution to re-appoint Mr Evert Jan van Garderen as a member of the Board of Management. The number of Eurocommercial depositary receipts represented at the Extraordinary General Meeting was 49,251,913 representing 98.68% of the issued share capital.

New Management Board composition From 1 November 2020, Mr van Garderen will succeed Mr Jeremy Lewis as Chief Executive Officer of the Company following his retirement. Director and Board Member Mr Roberto Fraticelli will succeed Mr van Garderen as Chief Financial Officer. Director and Board Member Peter Mills is Chief Investment Officer.
Mr Bas Steins Bisschop, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Eurocommercial said:

On behalf of the Supervisory and Management Boards, and also on behalf of all members of the Eurocommercial family, I would like to thank Jeremy for his invaluable contribution to the success of the Company.
