Val-d’Or, Québec, June 22nd, 2020 – Abitibi Royalties Inc. (RZZ-TSX-V, ATBYF-OTC-Nasdaq Intl: “Abitibi Royalties” or the “Company”) announces that the Company’s monthly dividend payments of CDN$0.0125 per common share for Q3-2020 will be paid as follows:
Record Date Payment Date Payment Amount ($CDN) July 6, 2020 July 31, 2020 $0.0125 August 6, 2020 August 31, 2020 $0.0125 September 4, 2020 September 30, 2020 $0.0125 The September 2020 payment will represent the 9th dividend payment made to shareholders since the Company’s adoption of a dividend policy in September 2019. The full amount of the dividends will be designated as an “eligible dividend” as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada).
