HITT has acquired an order from China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd. for the installation of a Vessel Traffic System in the Angolese port of Lobito. The Chinese company, specialised in road and hydraulic engineering, is working on the modernisation of this Angolese port. HITT’s vessel traffic management system will contribute to the safety and efficiency of maritime traffic in the port. The system that will be completed this year has a total value of EUR 1 million.

HITT’s strong position in China is starting to translate into projects into emerging markets where Chinese companies such as CHEC, one of the biggest companies in its field worlwide, select HITT to supply systems for the safety and efficiency of ports and airports.
