I n May 2 0 0 6 , SAP services provider Ctac w ill launch its new business unit Hitch (High Impact Training & Change management). Hitch will offer practical SAP training courses and training consultancy. In addition, Hitch manages SAP projects in the field of change management.
Marc de Cock, employed by Ctac as from 1 May 2006, will together with Richard Benschop be responsible for Hitch. Marc (39) joins the company from SAP Nederland and has built a strong reputation in SAP training. Richard (36) has worked for Ctac for some time and is an expert in both change management and training.

There is a growing need among clients in our markets for practical training courses for the use and management of their SAP systems. With the launch of this business unit we will be able to meet that need, as well as meet our own internal requirements for made-to-measure training for SAP specialists. We have learned from experience that system implementations are much more successful if focused training courses are given to users in the appropriate manner and if the organisational changes are effectively supervised from a change management perspective as
well.
