TIE: First Digital Channel Customer Signed Up Quantore selects TIE for Trading Community Management, Integration and Data Synchronization
Business-to-Business Interoperability Software Company TIE Holding N.V. (“TIE”) listed on the EuroNext Amsterdam Stock Exchange hereby announces that Quantore Europe BV, Benelux’s biggest purchase and sales organisation for office supplies specialists, has selected TIE to provide a complete solution for its business-to-business eCommerce needs. This is the first Digital Channel customer that has been signed by TIE. Leveraging TIE’s fully integrated product portfolio, Quantore Europe BV is now able to rely on a single vendor to effectively manage the flow of critical e-commerce information for its extensive European global trading community.

Quantore Europe BV is the biggest stockholding purchase and sales organisation in the Benelux (Belgium Netherlands and Luxemburg) for office supplies specialists. Quantore facilitates the requirements of 500 independent companies and keeps 16,000 items in stock for more than 500 retailers. It receives 15,000 order lines per day and processes 400 dispatched consignments. Quantore helps its members with specialist services such as shop formulas, promotion and advertising, automation, eBusiness and Internet and logistics.

Quantore is an existing Digital Channel customer, and the first customer to purchase TIE products since TIE completed the acquisition of Digital Channel in August 2006. Digital Channel created Quantore’s eMarketing flow channel system/media platform to connect vendors and members/channel partners for channel content flow and communication. TIE will provide Quantore with an integrated solution consisting of Trading Partner Management and Messaging, deep integration into their back-office system and Data Synchronization thereby allowing trading partners to exchange Price Catalogs and Product information updates.
