Predictive Discovery Limited (“PDI” or the “Company”) (ASX: PDI) is pleased to announce that Robex
Resources Inc. (“Robex”) has obtained a final order from the Superior Court of Québec approving the
proposed plan of arrangement under Québec law (the “Arrangement”) pursuant to which PDI, through its
direct wholly-owned subsidiary, will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Robex (the
“Transaction”).
The Arrangement was previously approved by Robex shareholders at the special meeting of Robex
shareholders held on 30 December 2025.
Closing of the Transaction is subject to the satisfaction of the remaining closing conditions, including receipt
of the consents of the Governments of Guinea and Mali, and is expected to occur in Q1 2026.
