The annual meeting of Royal Gold will be held entirely online via live audio webcast. The webcast is designed to provide stockholders the opportunity to participate virtually to facilitate stockholder attendance and to provide a consistent experience to all stockholders, regardless of location. You can attend and participate in the meeting by visiting the link below, where authenticated stockholders will be able to listen to the meeting live, submit questions, and vote. There will be no physical location for stockholders to attend.

To participate in the virtual meeting, visit the link below and enter the 16-digit control number included on your notice of internet availability of the proxy materials, on your proxy card, or on the instructions that accompanied your proxy materials. If you lose your 16-digit control number, you may join the virtual annual meeting as a “Guest,” but you will not be able to vote, ask questions, or access the list of stockholders. You may begin to log into the meeting platform beginning at 8:45 a.m. mountain time on May 23, 2024. The meeting will begin promptly at 9 a.m. mountain time on May 23, 2024.
