The Board of Directors of Volta Finance Limited (the "Company") have resolved to pay a dividend of €0.31 per share for the semi-annual period ended 31 January 2016, amounting to approximately €11.3 million.

The ex-dividend date is 7 April 2016, with a record date of 8 April and a payment date of 19 April 2016.
