Cryo-Save Group N.V. (Euronext: CRYO, 'Cryo-Save', or 'the Group'), the leading international stem cell storage company and the largest family stem cell bank in Europe, announces today that it has reached an agreement with Salveo Holding S.A. ('Salveo'), the company's largest shareholder, on the suggested recomposition of the Company's Board of Directors. An extra-ordinary general meeting of shareholders ('EGM') has been convened today in order have the shareholders vote on the suggested recomposition and the related (re)appointments of non-executive directors.

At the EGM, the Board of Directors shall propose to the Company's shareholders to:
Re-appoint Mr. Walter Van Pottelberge as non-executive director
Re-appoint Mr. Ronald Lorijn as non-executive director
Appoint Mr. Frédéric Amar as non-executive director
Appoint Mr. Gerrit Jan van der Marel as non-executive director
Besides the suggested (re)appointments of non-executive board members, the recomposition of the Board of Directors will also entail the resignation of Ms. Karin Dorrepaal as non-executive board member, effective the date of the EGM. The Company also announces that it has reached agreement with Salveo to terminate the pending legal proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber (Ondernemingskamer) of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
