1 april 2009 – Vandaag kondigt Qurius aan dat het overeenstemming heeft bereikt om bepaalde voorwaarden van de bestaande kredietfaciliteit van EUR 17,5 miljoen te herschikken. In de tweede helft van 2008 bleek dat Qurius niet in staat was om aan enkele financiële convenanten te voldoen, met name bepaalde convenanten gebaseerd op EBITDA ratio’s. Na een proces waarin we de situatie nauwgezet hebben gevolgd met onze financier, heeft Qurius overeenstemming bereikt om voor 2009 de aflossing te herschikken en de financiële convenanten aan te passen, waarbij er verder tevens een structurele lange termijn oplossing voor aflossing overeengekomen wordt.
