ICT (ICT Netherlands), system integrator and technology service provider and ValueMaat, a SaaS venture, have concluded a partnership to jointly launch the cloud-based business value management platform ValueMaat.com. Both companies combining their knowledge and expertise in business valuation, Fintech and software development.

The partnership provides ValueMaat customers with reliable and safe business value management software that is developed based on ICT’s Smartportal technology. Smartportal is the perfect solution for this new advanced web portal, completely cloud-based and device independent. The collaboration will also allow ICT to further optimize their service offerings in the Fintech market.

ValueMaat is a new Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) venture, started by bridging the gap between business valuation intelligence resources and the availability to micro and small businesses. The company’s intuitive business value management platform aggregates and organizes business value related information. Giving business owners an actionable picture and tool to measure, manage and create business value to bring their business to the next level, in one place.
