Grontmij announces intended appointment Supervisory Board

De Bilt, 15 September 2014 - Grontmij N.V., a listed consulting & engineering company with strong European presence, today announces that the Supervisory Board will nominate Mrs C. (Christine) Wolff for appointment as member of the Supervisory Board. The nomination will be on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ('AGM') of Grontmij N.V. on 12 May 2015. Until the AGM, Christine Wolff will participate in the discussions and meetings of the Supervisory Board as an advisor. Mr (René) van der Bruggen will not be available for reappointment as member of the Supervisory Board upon expiry of his term in May 2015.

Christine Wolff, who has the German nationality, will be nominated for appointment for a period of four years, as of 12 May 2015 until the AGM in 2019. After appointment the Supervisory Board will consist of Mr Jan van der Zouw (Chairman), Mrs Karin Dorrepaal, Mr André Jonkman and Mrs Christine Wolff.

Curriculum vitae
Management consultant Christine Wolff (1960), holds a M.Sc. in Geology and an MBA, and has more than 20 years of experience in international engineering consulting firms. In her last position she was Managing Director for Europe & Middle East at URS Corporation, a NYSE listed US based engineering firm, with 56,000 staff worldwide and US$ 9.5 billion annual revenues (2011). As a Senior Vice President she was responsible for operations in 15 countries, main operational activities being planning and consulting for large infrastructure, energy and environmental projects.
She is member of several supervisory and advisory boards including Berliner Wasserbetriebe A.ö.R., Wessling GmbH & Co. KG (chemical laboratory), J. Heinr. Kramer Holding GmbH (plant engineering) and the Aspen Institute Germany (political think tank). As a technical advisor she is member of the reform commission for mega projects of the German Federal Ministry for Transport and Digital Infrastructure.
