Brunel buys German Car Synergies GmbH

Brunel International has bought the German firm Car Synergies GmbH. Car Synergies GmbH is a company specialised in automotive engineering and testing, with it’s own facilities in Bochum, Germany. They employ 50 engineers. The subsidiary will be integrated in the German Brunel organization as a part of the Brunel Competence and Development Centres.

The new subsidiary will enforce the fields of electronics and mechanical engineering, through to informatics and material analysis, particularly in the fields of automotive.

Jan Arie van Barneveld, CEO Brunel International: “The take-over of Car Synergies is a wise move to enforce the existing specialized knowledge we have built up in these fields. By this more engineering know-how and test facilities our proposition towards important OEM and suppliers in the automotive sector will be strengthened”

Car Synergies GmbH will retroactively become a part of Brunel per the 1st of July 2006. The board will not convey any information about the sum paid for this acquisition.
