Highlights H1 2013

· Net and operating result improve significantly mainly as a result of excellent performance NedGraphics;
· Revenue flat, expected to pick up in second half-year due to improved pipeline Loft division;
· Revenue growth expected for full year 2013 versus 2012;
· Cash flow turns positive, amounts to €1,955 thousand (first half 2012: €321 thousand negative).

Pieter Aarts, CEO of NedSense: “During the first half of 2013, we have improved our bottom-line and operating results significantly. Especially the NedGraphics business showed strong resilience given the continuing turbulent markets circumstances. Although overall revenues were flat, we expect to increase revenue for the full year compared to 2012 on the back of the improved pipeline for the Loft division. We see existing customers launch their online- and mobile LOFT implementations in the second half of 2013 and expect new customers to start LOFT implementations.

Our strategy is to continue to develop our sales and marketing efforts, maintain our market knowledge, and sustain our customer base and maintenance contracts, while looking for more opportunities to expand beyond the niche in which we currently operate. We are building and investing in our knowledge heritage, so that we can innovate, lead, and create true economic value for our customers.”
