Vedior is pleased to announce it has acquired an initial 80% interest in Compliance Inc. ("Compliance" or "the Company"), a legal project staffing company providing services to both commercial and government clients throughout the US.

This acquisition extends Vedior’s presence in professional and executive recruitment in the important US market where we already provide staffing services in information technology, accounting, healthcare, engineering and other professional sectors."

Founded in 1997, Compliance is based in Arlington, Virginia with offices in New York, Washington, DC and Los Angeles. Through this network, the Company provides a comprehensive range of legal staffing personnel from entry-level legal assistants to paralegal researchers to project attorneys dealing with high level antitrust issues, securities’ law, regulatory filings, and trial preparation etc.

The Company was a pioneer in legal project outsourcing, offering clients access to secure project space with fully equipped document production facilities. These outsourcing services are complemented by on-demand legal project management. Compliance’s extensive experience in managing legal projects has enabled the Company to develop innovative document review, processing and indexing systems to control projects more effectively.

Compliance achieved (unaudited) annual sales to 30 May 2005 of $21.0 million (Eur 16.5 million). The Company’s existing management team will continue to develop Compliance and the outstanding 20% interest will remain with management with Vedior having the right to acquire these shares in due course.
