On the 23rd of August, the landmark of one million hours work without lost time incident was passed successfully at the construction area of the lactic acid factory in Thailand. CSM celebrated this great achievement of the project team, the safety supervisions team and all workers on site.

On average about 1.400 people are working on site working about 70.000 hours per week. In total 3.546 persons have been given a safety training over the last 9 months!

After the white 100 days safe working T-Shirt, the 500.000 hours yellow safe working T-shirt, now the 1.000.000 blue safe working hours T-shirt was given to all workers. Together with the safety caps they make quite an outfit.
