Some of the interview statements made in reporting of today’s result have led to inaccuracies that Getronics would like to remedy.
Getronics reconfirms that the Company’s net result shows a loss in the first nine months of 2005. This result reflects certain items that are uniquely related to 2005, such as integration expenses for the acquisition of PinkRoccade and one-off settlements with the Cumulative Preference Shareholders. Excluding these one-off financial expenses and acquisitions integration expenses, the net result of Getronics in the first nine months of 2005 have been positive.

As Getronics expects to see a further improvement in service revenue in the final quarter of 2005, a further reduction of delivery costs and is well on track with the PinkRoccade integration, management sees evidence in support of the Company’s 2005 EBITAE margin target of 5%, barring unforeseen developments.

Taking into consideration the current business improvements, the increase of the international backlog by nearly € 600 million of major global wins, and the Company’s strengthened position in the ICT market, Getronics expects to see profitable organic service revenue growth in 2006, barring unforeseen circumstances.
