Getronics N.V. declares the offer for all issued and outstanding ordinary shares PinkRoccade N.V. Unconditional

With reference to the offer document (the "Offer Document") dated 4 February 2005 and the advertisement dated 3 February 2005, Getronics N.V. ("Getronics") announces that it declares the public offer for all issued and outstanding ordinary shares (each having a nominal value of EUR 0.60) PinkRoccade N.V. ("PinkRoccade") (the "Offer") unconditional.

As at the closing of the tender period on 28 February 2005, 23,342,588 ordinary PinkRoccade shares had been tendered under the Offer. After acquiring the tendered shares, Getronics will hold approximately 95.2 per cent of the issued and outstanding ordinary PinkRoccade shares.

Payment and delivery
In accordance with the terms of the Offer as set out in the Offer Document, the cash payment of EUR 14.30 for each ordinary PinkRoccade share tendered and delivered under the Offer will be made on 14 March 2005.

This announcement is a public announcement as stipulated in Section 9t paragraph 4 of the Dutch Securities Trade Supervision Decree 1995 (Besluit toezicht effectenverkeer 1995).
