The tender period for the public offer by Getronics NV for PinkRoccade NV (the ‘Offer’) ended at 3 PM CET today. Getronics announces that 95.2% of the shares in the outstanding share capital of PinkRoccade have been tendered under the Offer.

Getronics expects to formally announce that it will declare the Offer unconditional no later than 7 March 2005, as indicated in the Offer Document dated 4 February 2005.
