Dec. 21 (Bloomberg) -- The Reserve Bank of Australia left interest rates unchanged two weeks ago because policy was judged to be “mildly restrictive” given signs of consumer caution and few inflation pressures, minutes of its Dec. 7 meeting showed. Household “restraint, if it continued, would provide some scope for investment to rise without causing aggregate demand to grow too quickly and inflationary pressures to build,” according to the minutes, released today in Sydney. After the November rate rise and an increase in the nation’s currency, “monetary policy was judged to be mildly restrictive.” RBA Governor Glenn Stevens left the overnight cash rate target at 4.75 percent after seven increases since October 2009. Als straks de Fase 111 gaat beginnen, kan de drukte ook gaan toenemen. Dat levert dan weer meer inkomsten op.

A deal would help Cerberus recoup a big chunk of its disastrous $7.4 billion purchase of Chrysler Group, the automaker. It would also help TD, Canada's No. 2 bank, add to its extensive U.S. East Coast assets. Simac daar zijn de honderdtal aantallen veelvuldig in werking, omlaag en omhoog! Wie doet dat? Voor die EUR 2,16 ben je niet duur uit, maar met 1 of 200 sts zijn de kosten al hoog.
Waarom is Maarten Verheyen zo rustig op het internet met zijn "bijzondere"aliassen? Omdat hij zichzelf bloot heeft gegeven met dat stuk waaronder hij toen zijn echte naam had gezet. Zo bewerken ze de prijzen en CTAc is "geheel" kapot gemaakt op deze manier. GEEN belegger durft meer in het fonds te gaan, maar er zijn meer partijen! Ze doen het meer in "acting of concert".
Goed dat de AFM hierop aan het letten is, krijgen wij eindelijk TOCH steun en is het niet meer "GEWONE HANDEL" zoals de AFM vertegenwoordiger eerst tegen ons zei.
Maar de AFM mag best ook eens naar de Animatuer kijken (lees opletten), vraag het De CEO van Fornix naar eens. Toen wij (red. XEA.nl) rond deze tijd vorig jaar met hem mee waren geweest naar z'n Animateur, spoot daarna de prijs van zijn aandeel in ca. 1 maand met ca. 25% omhoog. Verbazing bij het management van Fornix Bio.

Hiermee kan met behulp van magnetische nanodeeltjes het hele lichaam in kaart worden gebracht.Philips maakte de samenwerking dinsdag bekend. Het Duitse ministerie van Onderwijs en onderzoek heeft een bedrag van 10,6 miljoen euro toegezegd voor het samenwerkingsverband. Het totale budget van de samenwerking is 20,3 miljoen euro. Met geavanceerde beeldvormingssystemen wil Philips de snelle opsporing, diagnose en behandeling van ziekten ondersteunen. Daar zijn veel favorieten.
In Nederland zien wij KPN als dividend en overname kandidaat. CSM met dochter Purac voor afbreekbaar plastics en nieuwe innovaties op gebied van polymeren en de samenwerkingen op dat gebied met grote concern als o.a. Basf. Imtech als topspeler op gebied van de nieuwste technieken, waar zij een goed stuk boterham aan verdienen. Wessanen overname kandidaat, alleen wanneer. Door de overname van Crucell, als dat zijn beslag krijgt, is Octoplus (speculatief) een mooie inzwinger. De emissie van gister heeft de deur (hebben nu geld en geld is zeggenschap bij onderhandelingen) naar meer diensten (verlening) wijd open gezet.
Ook CTAc zien wij als kandidaat overname en herstelkandidaat.
En zilver, wordt schaars en de indekkingen van JP Morgan kunnen voor bijzondere verrassingen zorgen.

Dec. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Same-store sales at a selection of U.S. retailers posted last week the biggest jump of this holiday season, rising 4.2 percent as more consumers finished shopping, according to a survey of retailers.
Almost 74 percent of shoppers completed gift buying in the week ended Dec. 18, spurring faster sales growth than the previous three weeks. That compared with 56.6 percent a week earlier, according to a chain-store sales index released today by New York-based International Council of Shopping Centers and Goldman Sachs Group Inc. The 4.2 percent gain compared to a year earlier.
