Guernsey. 1 February 2016 - Eurocastle Investment Limited (Euronext Amsterdam: ECT) ("Eurocastle" or the "Company") announces that after over a decade of valuable service, Keith Dorrian has indicated his intention to retire from its Board of Directors later this year.

Eurocastle is at the same time delighted to announce that Ms. Claire Whittet has agreed to join the Board and her appointment became effective on 29 January 2016.

Ms. Whittet brings over 30 years of proven business leadership experience to the table. Ms. Whittet is Co-Head and Managing Director of Rothschild Bank International Limited and is a Director of Rothschild Bank (CI) Limited and various in-house Rothschild companies. In addition, Ms. Whittet serves as a Non-Executive Director on a number of Guernsey registered London listed funds.
