Schoeller Arca Systems has been awarded for the World Juice Award
The World Juice Innovation Awards recognises the most outstanding contribution to the juice industry over the last year. Schoeller Arca Systems has been awarded with the combo 285DD for the advantages of a reusable Bag-in-Box.

The judging panel for the Awards is made up of representatives of FOODNEWS, Canadean and SGF. Innovation is the key driver of growth in the juice industry. In recent years the number of new products coming on to the market has increased dramatically, with expanding ranges of NFC drinks, smoothies, soy and dairy blends, one shot drinks, probiotic juices as well as a wide range of new fruits and flavours.

Consumer trends
World Juice 2007 – the 12th annual conference – provided a comprehensive view of the major issues in the juice industry. Expert speakers from leading companies around the world analysed consumer trends in Europe, USA, China, India and Russia, with specific talks on the market for smoothies, the balance between nectars and pure juice and the rise of NFC. High raw material prices provoked much debate and the conference included a session focused on citrus production around the world as well as talks on the world apple juice market, cranberry juice supply and juice production in China.
