MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/09/07 -- Emphasizing its
commitment to the Middle East's booming aviation market, Bombardier
Aerospace will arrive at Dubai Airshow 2007 with a selection of
corporate jets and its Bombardier CRJ900 NextGen regional jet. Also
on display will be Bombardier's new, full-scale mock-up of the next
generation CSeries airliner, which was first revealed in June.

Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the Dubai Airshow has become the
world's third most influential airshow event and expects over 40,000
trade visitors to attend. The show will run from Sunday, November 11
to Thursday, November 15 and the Bombardier exhibit will be located
at the West Hall, Stand W601.

At the Dubai Airshow, Bombardier Business Aircraft will showcase an
impressive range of jets from each of its innovative product
families. The new Bombardier Learjet 60 XR jet will make its
international debut, joining the super-midsize Bombardier Challenger
300, the widebody Bombardier Challenger 605 and high-speed Bombardier
Global 5000 business aircraft on static display.

"This 10th edition of the Dubai Airshow provides us with the
opportunity to reassert our ongoing dedication to business aviation
in the Middle East, as well as our commitment to innovation as we
present our newest product offerings to the international market,"
said Bob Horner, Vice-President, International Sales, Bombardier
Business Aircraft. "With a firm footing in sales and customer
support, we anticipate continued success in the Middle East for many
years to come."

Bombardier Business Aircraft enjoys a strong presence in the Middle
East with its regional sales headquarters and Skyjet International
regional office both based in Dubai. Bombardier's commitment to
Customer Service in the Middle East is also emphasized with a parts
depot at the Dubai airport and a Bombardier 's Authorized Service
Facility (Execujet Mifddle East), servicing Learjet, Challenger and
Global aircraft across the region.

The widebody Challenger 605 jet dominates the large aircraft segment
in the region with 27 aircraft, as at June 30, 2007, representing 50
per cent of the market share for this segment in the region. The
Challenger 300 aircraft continues to build momentum in the region, as
it does the world over, representing 80 per cent of the market share
for this segment in this region, as at June 30, 2007.

Bombardier Regional Aircraft has been making impressive gains in the
Middle East and North Africa, with recent orders for Bombardier
CRJ900 regional jets and Bombardier Q- Series turboprops from several
airlines in the region.

"The overall Middle East regional airline fleet of aircraft is
expected to grow by 150 per cent over the next 20 years, while we see
the overall African fleet growing by 40 per cent in the 20 to 149
seat fleet," said James Dailly, Senior Vice-president, Sales,
Bombardier Regional Aircraft. "We are the only manufacturer that can
offer families of regional jets ranging from 40 to 100 seats and
turboprops ranging from 37 to 90 seats.

"Our aircraft have a proven record of excellent performance and
reliability in the sometimes unforgiving operating environment in
desert regions," added Mr. Dailly. "We believe this record, and our
aircraft families with their high commonality, will be a major factor
as airlines and other operators modernize or expand their fleets."

New CSeries mock-up continues its world tour

Continuing on its world tour, Bombardier will present the latest
full-size, cabin mock-up of the CSeries aircraft at Dubai Airshow
2007. The CSeries aircraft, should it be launched, will be designed
specifically for the lower end of the 100- to 149-seat commercial
market, and will be equipped to operate in challenging conditions,
including the extreme heat of the Middle East.

Featured in the mock-up will be the forward galley with offset door
configuration, two rows in business class, four rows in economy class
and the aft galley with a lavatory area. The new cabin permits
airlines to experience the convenience of overhead rotating bins and
the cross-section fuselage was recently modified to provide
additional passenger comfort.

Bombardier aircraft on display at Dubai 2007

Learjet 60 XR: In service since July 2007, the Learjet 60 XR aircraft
is poised to set new standards in performance, comfort, value and
versatility in the worldwide midsize jet market. The aircraft's
higher operating altitudes - certified to 51,000 ft (15,545 m) -
translate to time savings due to better winds, less traffic and less
turbulence. With a high cruise speed of Mach 0.81 (863 km/h), the
Learjet 60 XR jet is one of the fastest aircraft in its category.

The aircraft can fly Dubai-Moscow non-stop(i) and delivers superior
climb capabilities, with proven fuel-efficiency and low direct
operating costs per nautical mile(i).

Challenger 300: The first true business jet to feature Lufthansa
Technik's top of the line NICE(TM) cabin management system, this
first true super-midsize aircraft offers transcontinental range and
superior long-range cruise speed, with eight passengers. It can fly
Dubai-Beijing non-stop(i) with a full payload and its superior
airfield performance allows it to operate out of 5,000-foot (1,524-m)
runways with ease(i).

Challenger 605: In service since January 2007, the Challenger 605 jet
features the widest stand-up cabin of any large category business jet
available today. It is equipped with the Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21
avionics suite and an all new cabin electronic system. It can whisk
five passengers from Dubai-Madrid non-stop(i), in superior comfort.
Optional equipment on the Challenger 605 now includes the Bombardier
Enhanced Vision System (BEVS), providing pilots with significantly
improved situational awareness and the ability to observe runway
lights and the runway environment in difficult operating conditions,
such as low visibility and or darkness.

Global 5000: The high-speed Global 5000 jet combines superior
transatlantic speed with the largest cabin in the super large
segment. It features state-of-the-art, high-speed Internet
connectivity and unmatched entertainment options as standard
equipment as well as a heads-up flight display system, with the
largest field-of-view of any business aircraft. The jet can connect
Dubai-Cape Town non-stop with eight passengers and three crew(i). The
Global 5000 jet is now available with the Global Vision flight deck.
The new Pro Line Fusion avionics suite is paired with superior design
aesthetics from world-renowned design consultancy firm Design Q, to
create the ultimate flight control environment, providing Global
aircraft pilots with an unprecedented level of situational awareness
and comfort.

CRJ900 NextGen: The CRJ900 NextGen aircraft on display at Dubai is in
the colours of Northwest Airlines. It has 12 first class and 64
economy seats. Bombardier's NextGen regional jets have all-new
interiors featuring larger windows, LED lighting and larger bins for
carry-on baggage. Compared to a first generation CRJ900 jet, the
CRJ900 NextGen jet has lower fuel consumption, lower trip operating
costs and lower airframe direct maintenance costs.
