Today, Amsterdam Commodities N.V. (Acomo), the Euronext Amsterdam-listed trader in spices and nuts, edible seeds, tea and food ingredients announces that due to the current COVID-19 measures and constraints issued by the Dutch Government, including a ban on group gatherings, the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), initially scheduled on 30 April 2020 and to take place in The Hilton Rotterdam, will be reformatted and held through a live webinar only.
The AGM webinar will take place at the same time and date that was scheduled originally i.e. at 10.30 h (CET) on Thursday 30th April 2020. The proposed AGM agenda remains unchanged including the proposed final dividend pay-out of € 0.70 per share. Voting will exclusively take place through proxy voting. Questions submitted by shareholders in advance but before 24 April 2020 17.00 h (CET), will be answered during the AGM webinar.
Voting| instructions and deadline
The AGM agenda and voting items remain unchanged. Voting will exclusively take place through proxy voting. Shareholders can submit their instructions through their intermediaries or by using the portal of ABN AMRO Bank (www.abnamro.com/evoting). Detailed instructions from the ABN AMRO Bank have been published on the Acomo company site www.acomo.nl/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/How-to-submit-voting-instructions-AGM-Acomo.pdf.
The deadline for submitting voting instructions is extended to Friday 24th April 2020 17.00 h (CET). Please note that your intermediary might have a different closing date.
Webinar| access and registration deadline
In order to attend and log in to the webinar on 30th April, shareholders are requested to fill in the registration form that is published on the Acomo company website www.acomo.nl/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Acomo-AGM_registration-form.docx.
This registration form should be mailed to: investorrelations@acomo.nl by Friday 24th April 2020 before 17.00 h (CET).
Shareholders who have registered for the webinar will receive an email prior to the meeting with a personalised link that will give access to the webinar.

Shareholder questions| submitting instructions and deadline
Shareholders are invited to submit questions only prior to the meeting by using a special form published and available on the Acomo company website www.acomo.nl/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Acomo-AGM_questions-form.docx. No questions can be asked during the webinar. Submitted questions will be grouped and answered during the meeting.

Amsterdam Commodities N.V. (Acomo), de aan de Euronext Amsterdam genoteerde handelsonderneming in specerijen, noten, eetbare zaden, thee en voedingsingrediënten, kondigt vandaag aan dat in verband met de huidige COVID-19 maatregelen en beperkingen vanuit de Nederlandse overheid, waaronder een verbod op groepsbijeenkomsten, de komende Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders (AVA), die was gepland in het Hilton Hotel te Rotterdam, zal worden omgezet naar een uitsluitend via internet te volgen live webinar.
De AVA-webinar zal gehouden worden op de oorspronkelijk geplande datum, donderdag 30 april 2020 om 10.30 uur (CET). De voorgestelde agenda van de AVA blijft ongewijzigd, inclusief het voorstel met betrekking tot het slotdividend van € 0,70 per aandeel. Stemmen vindt uitsluitend plaats via proxy voting. Vragen die vóór vrijdag 24 april 2020 17.00 uur (CET) door aandeelhouders zijn ingestuurd, worden in behandeling genomen en beantwoord tijdens de AVA-webinar.

De AVA-agenda blijft ongewijzigd. Stemmen vindt uitsluitend plaats door middel van evoting. Aandeelhouders kunnen hun steminstructies indienen via hun intermediair of via de portal van de ABN AMRO Bank (www.abnamro.com/evoting). De deadline voor het indienen van de steminstructies wordt verlengd tot vrijdag 24 april 2020 vóór 17.00 uur (CET). Het is mogelijk dat uw intermediair een kortere deadline hanteert.

Dit inschrijfformulier dient uiterlijk vrijdag 24 april 2020 vóór 17.00 uur (CET) te zijn gemaild naar investorrelations@acomo.nl.

Aandeelhouders worden uitgenodigd om voorafgaand aan de vergadering vragen in te dienen middels een speciaal formulier dat is gepubliceerd op de Acomo website www.acomo.nl/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Acomo-AGM_questions-form.docx. Tijdens het webinar is het stellen van vragen niet mogelijk. Tijdig ingediende vragen zullen worden gegroepeerd en tijdens de AVA worden behandeld.
Alle vragen dienen uiterlijk vrijdag 24 april 2020 vóór 17.00 uur CET te zijn verstuurd naar investorrelations@acomo.nl.
