Notice is given that the 2024 AGM of BHP Group Limited will be held at the Royal International Convention Centre, 600 Gregory Terrace, Bowen Hills, Brisbane, Queensland on Wednesday 30 October 2024, starting at 10:00am (Brisbane time).

If it is necessary or appropriate for BHP to make changes to the AGM arrangements or to give further updates, information will be provided on BHP’s website and lodged with the relevant stock exchanges.
