(CSE: BNN) (OTCQB: BNNHF) (FSE: 5YZ0) ("BNN" or "Company") is pleased to announce that, further to its previous news release on November 15, 2023, it has signed a definitive agreement with Aion Mining Corp. ("Aion") to complete the Company's acquisition of a 20% interest in Aion.

Pursuant to the agreement, the Company will acquire common shares of Aion representing a 20% post-issuance interest, calculated on a fully diluted basis. In consideration, the Company will provide Aion with the following:

$500,000 in cash on closing and;
1,602,565 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.39 per share, subject to CSE policies.
The Company will also be issued a special warrant of Aion, exercisable into additional common shares of Aion, at no additional consideration to the Company, to allow the Company to maintain its 20% interest in Aion for a period of 6 months. see & read more on
