April 4, 2022 - Due to the relaxation of most of the Covid-19 travel restrictions

implemented on or about March 2020, the Members of Nevada Gold & Copper, LLC (NGC)

voted to resume its search for a suitable partner/investor to advance its Fox Spring

Project exploration and possible development in Humboldt County Nevada.

About the Fox Spring Project
The Fox Spring Project is Nevada Gold & Copper’s flagship porphyry gold and copper

property that has district scale potential. Located in the southern Jackson Mountains

of Humboldt County, it is approximately 150 miles northeast of Reno and 55 miles west

of Winnemucca, Nevada and currently consists of 25 unpatented claims.

To date, approximately $600,000 has been spent on the Fox Spring Project since 2011

by the NGC and its immediate predecessor, Grizzly Gold Corp. Expenditures consisted

of initial reconnaissance, claim staking, mapping, sampling, 4 widely spaced RC holes

for geology purposes, a geophysical (IP) survey and G&A expenditures. All 4 RC holes

contained long intervals of significant disseminated gold mineralization (~.5 g/t)
and alteration.
