Seagull Software (AEX: SEAGULL), a leading provider of high-performance solutions that transform legacy business applications into service-oriented architecture (SOA) assets, announced today that it is exhibiting at the Call Center Demo and Conference held February 7 and 8 at the Hilton Austin in Austin, TX Booth # C17.

Seagull Software’s LegaSuite will be the focus at the event. LegaSuite is a platform of tightly-integrated, loosely-coupled software modules for migrating legacy applications to Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). These include: LegaSuite Integration; LegaSuite BPM and LegaSuite GUI. The modules reduce the time, cost and risk of SOA migration. Designed for rapid results, and requiring little or no coding, and no changes to the legacy applications, LegaSuite accelerates IT response for new business requirements.

LegaSuite is widely used for call center IT projects including:

§ Replacing green screens with a graphical user interface for dramatic improvements in productivity

§ Integrating multiple information sources for a 360-degree view of the customer

§ Reengineering call center application workflow to match new business processes

§ Automating workflow across human and machine steps

§ Taking call center business processes to the Web for customer self-service
A regional-based event organized by CMP, Call Center Demo and Conference has been organized with consulting input from the industry organization ICMI. The two-day event targets call center professionals and organizations. For more detailed event information, go towww.ccdemo.com
