Draka Holding N.V.: Changes to the Board of Management
The Supervisory Board of Draka Holding N.V. announces that a proposal will be put to the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 30 August 2007 at 15:00h, to appoint Mr. Sandy Lyons as a member of the Board of Management of Draka Holding N.V. with effect from 1 September 2007. Mr. Lyons is CEO of Draka Comteq B.V. since 1 December 2004.

The Supervisory Board further announces that Mr. Ingolf Schulz has advised the Supervisory Board of his retirement in 2008. Mr. Sandy Lyons will succeed Mr. Schulz and will be appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Management of Draka Holding N.V., with effect of 1 October 2007. Mr. Schulz will remain a member of the Board of Management and will be responsible for the Triple S program.
