ARCADIS, the leading global natural and built asset design and consultancy firm, has appointed Julio Maggi as Global Leader for Commercially Led Program Management.
In this role Julio will be responsible for growing ARCADIS' program management business and capabilities across its global business lines, with major demand and growth from the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.

Julio has over 32 years' experience in the implementation of complex real estate projects and large infrastructure development programs in the US, Caribbean, Middle East and Latin America. He joins ARCADIS from AECOM where, most recently, he led major programs of work in Qatar, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UAE. His portfolio of experience spans mixed use developments including office and retail space, hotels, residential, high and low rise resorts. An American national, Julio will initially operate from the Middle East, one of ARCADIS' primary growth markets.
