1.1 Turnover
The turnover for the full year grew by 3,2% compared to last year.

IT & Business Consulting:
The project and consulting activities have grown with 3,5% compared to last year. Our new approach around sourcing of high level consultants continued to be well received in the market. The sale of bespoke development projects and consulting specifically around digital transformation and hybrid cloud implementations has been strong. This is also the case for the business around our workflow and document management tool, RFlow that generated strong own IP sales and service revenue. Our Customer Centricity offerings performed well even if international own IP sales remained below expectations.
The increased customer demand has been fulfilled by a growing workforce. The new initiatives around work satisfaction of our employees started last year, are bearing their fruits. This is reflected by improved hiring of over 150 people and lowering attrition rates. We continue to complement the workforce growth with off-shore labor.
IT & Business Support: The outsourcing, product and maintenance sales has demonstrated a growth of 3% compared to last year. Sales of new IT outsourcing deals both around application and infrastructure has been increasing while all major contracts were renewed. Cloud services are also growing fast. Our positioning as one of the largest and best quality IT outsourcer on the mid-market within our region continues to strengthen. As leading IT product and license reseller, combining all related services, we have seen overall product sale increase. While mobile and cloud related product sales continued to improve, on premise datacenter sales decreased. read more on
