Watermark becomes Qurius and initiates a new phase with a change in its structure of business [30-11-2007]

After a year of transition and integration with Qurius, the Spanish subsidiary of Watermark initiates a new phase.

A year ago the firm Dutch Qurius arrived at an agreement with Watermark to be fused and to complete thus its offering of solutions and services and to accelerate its expansion in Europe being becoming the first implantador European of the solutions of management Microsoft Dynamics. After a year of transition and integration, the Spanish subsidiary of Watermark initiates a new phase.

It begins changing by name Al to adopt that of Qurius, and after being the subsidiary second in size after Holland, continues with the forecast of closing 2007 with a billing of 14.5 million euro and a net profit of a million. Likewise, will begin 2008 with a new internal structure.

José María Sánchez, general director of Qurius Spain, explains us that, "with the change by name also a structural change has been produced to adapt the structure from Spain to the strategy of the corporation. Likewise, after duplicating its resources –now are 165 employees that give service at more than 300 clients in Spain; 900 employees and 2,300 clients on a worldwide basis-, "Qurius will be centered now in maintaining its growth, to improve its profit value, to develop the new lines of business, to obtain the excellence in projects, to continue heading the establishments of Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV and CRM, and to carry out a possible acquisition in business intelligence", comments Fred Hermans, CEO of Qurius holding company.
