FRANK COCX NOMINATED AS NEW CFO LUCAS BOLS
Lucas Bols today announces that the Supervisory Board has nominated Frank Cocx to be appointed as CFO and member of the Management Board of Lucas Bols at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 9 July 2020. Frank Cocx will succeed Joost de Vries and form the Management Board of Lucas Bols together with CEO Huub van Doorne. Joost de Vries, who announced his decision to leave the company in September last year, will stay on as CFO until 1 June 2020. To ensure a smooth transition Frank Cocx will join Lucas Bols as of 1 April 2020.

Frank Cocx, a Dutch national with a Master's degree in Accounting & Control, brings extensive knowledge and experience in accounting, M&A and corporate finance. In the past five years he has worked in different strategic finance roles at Blokker Holding and its various retail chains, lastly as CFO of Blokker. Prior to that Frank worked for KPMG for 10 years both in the Netherlands and abroad where he gained extensive experience in audit and transaction management.

Frank Cocx will be nominated for appointment for a period of four years until the Annual General Meeting in 2024. The terms and conditions of his contract comply with the remuneration policy of Lucas Bols.
