26 June 2009 - To meet a postponed acquisition payment, Qurius NV intends to issue ordinary shares A corresponding with the total price of issue of EUR 1,000,000 divided by the closing price of a Qurius share on 1 July 2009. For this purpose a request for quotation has been filed at Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext. The admission at Euronext Amsterdam is expected on 3 July 2009.
