Guernsey, 12 October 2012 - Volta Finance Limited (the "Company" or "Volta Finance" or "Volta") announced that the end of July 2012 and end of August 2012 published GAV were underestimated by respectively €1.7m and €1.8m.

Through the audit of its annual account, the Company found out that one currency swap was undervalued by €0.9m as of the end of July and August 2012 and that some payments, representing €0.7m at the end of July and €0.8m at the end of August, from two of its UK non-conforming positions were kept in a sub-custodian account and were not taken into account appropriately when calculating and publishing the end of July and end of August GAV.

As a consequence
end of July GAV published for €173.2m or €5.52 per share should have been published for €174.9 or €5.57 per share
end of August GAV published for €185.9m or €5.92 per share should have been published for €187.7 or €5.98 per share
