NedSense publishes trading update for Q3 2011

NedSense enterprises n.v. (“NedSense”) booked a modest improvement in revenue in the third quarter of 2011 compared to the same period in 2010. Taking the USD effect into account this growth was more than 10%. In the United States a strong increase was shown compared to the same period of last year. Europe is however still sluggish, especially in the southern countries such as Italy. Operating result in the third quarter was negative, mostly reflecting the continued developments in the LOFT product suite.

In September, the AGM approved the financing agreement with the Company’s existing major shareholders and Project Holland Fonds. With this agreement, the company secured the financing to execute its buy and build strategy and to continue to invest in LOFT.

Later this year LOFT@web will go live, according to plan. LOFT-as-a-Service, which will enable customers to run the technology through a subscription- based services, will be launched as well.

NedGraphics continues to invest in new functionality as to remain its leading position in the fashion and textile market. Recently, we were able to close a considerable deal with Merinos Halı, one of the biggest emerging carpet manufacturers in Turkey, which proves again our expertise in CAD software.

In the last quarter of 2011, we will continue the deployment of our strategic growth plan. NedSense is committed to grow LOFT autonomously and through well selected acquisitions.
