Further to the Sept. 11, 2024, news release, Pucara Gold Ltd. has closed a private placement financing with Copper Standard Resources Inc. for aggregate gross proceeds of $252,472.95. The financing was completed in connection with the proposed acquisition by Copper Standard of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Pucara by way of a plan of arrangement pursuant to an arrangement agreement between Copper Standard and Pucara, as previously announced on Sept. 11, 2024.
