We are very pleased to announce that as from the 1st of September 2008, Mr. René Wolfkamp, CEO of Schoeller Arca Systems, has become member of the board of Schoeller Arca Systems.
In this new role, he will mainly focus on new acquisitions, thereby supporting the shareholders and the company in the ambitious growth strategy that has been formulated recently.

Since December 2007, One Equity Partners, part of JP Morgan bank, took a majority share in Schoeller Arca Systems. With Schoeller Industry, a family owned holding, active in logistic solutions and the management of Schoeller Arca Systems, they hold all shares of the company.

Mr. René Wolfkamp, who has successfully led and grown the company in the last 17 years, handed over his role as CEO to Mr. Erik de Bokx, formerly the President Europe for Schoeller Arca Systems and who has over the last 17 years held numerous senior executive functions within the group.

We trust this change will further strengthen Schoeller Arca Systems leading position as market leader for material handling solutions.
