Corbion's financing preference shareholder has elected to convert financing preference shares into ordinary shares per 26 June 2017.

The shareholder was holder of 2,279,781 financing preference shares (series FPA, FPB, and FPC) in the share capital. At the request of the holder of the financing preference shares, and in accordance with article 4 of the articles of association of Corbion, 2,027,017 financing preference shares have been converted into ordinary shares which ordinary shares will be admitted for listing on Euronext Amsterdam. The remaining 252,764 financing preference shares will be transferred to Corbion at no cost. Corbion will cancel these financing preference shares before the end of 2017. After this conversion and cancellation, there will be no more financing preference shares outstanding.

Conversie financieringspreferente aandelen


De houder van financieringspreferente aandelen Corbion heeft besloten om de gehouden financieringspreferente aandelen per 26 juni 2017 te converteren naar gewone aandelen.

De bewuste aandeelhouder hield 2.279.781 financieringspreferente aandelen (serie FPA, FPB en FPC) in het aandelenkapitaal. Op verzoek van deze houder van de financieringspreferente aandelen, en in overeenstemming met artikel 4 van de statuten van Corbion, zijn 2.027.017 financieringspreferente aandelen omgezet in gewone aandelen, welke aandelen worden toegelaten tot de notering aan de Euronext Amsterdam. De overige 252.764 financieringspreferente aandelen worden kosteloos overgedragen aan Corbion. Corbion zal deze financieringspreferente aandelen intrekken vóór het eind van 2017. Na deze conversie en intrekking staan er geen financieringspreferente aandelen meer uit.

AMSTERDAM (AFN) - Verzekeraar ASR heeft besloten om de gehouden financiering preferente aandelen Corbion te converteren naar gewone aandelen. Dat werd maandag bekendgemaakt door de producent van voedingsingrediënten en bioplastic.

Andrew Lo schrijft toch in zijn boek HFT/systeemhandel heeft totaal niets met beleggen te maken. Toezichthouders weten heel veel beter!

Het verlies draaiende Takeaway moet je hebben kijk eens welke prijs er gaat EUR 37,44 +52ct vol. 4.495, MAAR ook hier gemaakte handel.
Belachelijk!!
