("AMG") is pleased to announce that AMG Vanadium has received a cash award of more than $500,000 from AEP Ohio, a unit of American Electric Power (NYSE: AEP). The award recognizes AMG's ongoing efforts to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions.

AMG will use the cash award to fund energy efficient capital upgrades completed in 2014. The completed upgrades will save approximately 16,000,000 kilowatt-hours per year and have estimated annual savings of approximately $1,000,000.
