Amsterdam, 10 December 2009 --- AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V.'s ("AMG," EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: "AMG") 45.7% owned affiliate, Timminco Limited ("Timminco"; TSX: TIM) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Bécancour Silicon Inc. has completed the $5.0 million convertible senior subordinated debt financing with AMG announced on November 17, 2009.
