- A newly designed user interface improves and individualizes user experience
TIE Kinetix, the leading provider of Partner Automation solutions, announced the Fall 2019 Release of FLOW Partner Automation today, featuring a new interface. The interface boasts an updated design for improved performance and a maximized user experience.

The performance and user experience of a partner platform is the foundation of a successful collaboration between vendor, brand, distributor, partner, supplier, and all other roles in the supply chain. Based on advancements in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, the new interface is the first step in enabling further enhancement of the FLOW user experience. Notably, it allows users to see relevant functions and content in a personalized environment.

The Fall Release marks the beginning of a series of improvements to the FLOW user experience. While availability is currently limited to selected customers, the updated version of the interface will be accessible to all following the Spring 2020 Release.

With the Fall Release, customers not only have access to the new interface, but also to additional privacy settings, business processes, and data exchange methods. These adaptations further enhance partner experience and overall performance for closer collaboration between brands and manufacturers, along with their partners and suppliers. In addition, the Fall Release incorporates the new PDF-2-FLOW module for secure and reliable processing of PDF invoices from all trading partners at the lowest total cost of ownership available in the market today.

Moreover, customers benefit from the following module and functionality improvements:
•Enhanced impersonation feature (to act as one of your onboarded suppliers/partners)
•Improved communication and orchestration engine for 64-bit
•Additional features on manual forms and powering modules like electronic invoicing and market development funds (MDF)
•Optimized FLOW widgets
•Extended and improved API framework
•Increased flexibility in deleting/assigning leads, even in active (lead) processes
•Overall system performance improvements
