Aalberts Industries N.V. has reached an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Vin Service srl (Vin Service ). The company, based in Zanica (Bergamo), Northern Italy, generates an annual revenue of approximately USD 30 million.

Vin Service was founded by Daniela and Riccardo Guadalupi who built the company together with the second generation. Vin Service is an innovative company, mainly specialised in the design and manufacturing of dispensing equipment for all kinds of beverages, globally servicing its many key customers.

The portfolio of Vin Service is complementary and will strengthen our global market position in the beverage dispense market. We see many possibilities for the Vin Service product range and technologies in especially North America and Asia, utilising our Key Account contacts.

The existing management team, Vittoria and Giulio Guadalupi, will continue to lead the company and work closely together with the management of our Dispense Technology business.

After a period of strong organic growth and several acquisitions in the beverage dispense market, we now have reached an annual revenue of approximately USD 100 million in Dispense Technology. We see many opportunities for further growth in the coming years, especially through innovations and custom made solutions for our Key Accounts.

The results of Vin Service will be consolidated as of 1 January 2017 after finalising the necessary formalities. The acquisition will directly contribute to the earnings per share and will be financed from existing credit facilities.
