General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Océ confirms that the results for the 2009 financial year are equal to the provisional results that were published on 12 January 2010. This means total revenues of EUR 2,648 million, operating income of -/- EUR 15 million and net income of -/- EUR 47 million. These final results are derived from the financial statements as audited by our external accountants.

Dividend 2009
As announced on 12 January 2010, Océ proposes to shareholders that no dividend will be declared over 2009.

General Meeting of Shareholders
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held in Venlo on Thursday, 22 April 2010, commencing at 14.00 hours. The agenda for this meeting will be available in printed form and also

via the internet (investor.oce.com) as of 22 March 2010.

Annual Report 2009
The annual report will be published on the internet (investor.oce.com) on 18 February 2010 and

will be available in printed form as of end February 2010.
